To my gorgeous grandson Fraser ;as we approach your 4th anniversary tommorow 22nd sept we think about what might of been ;and how life could of been so different.we all miss you so much you bought such joy to us all .you were so brave and fought so very hard to stay with us .you will always be so special to us all .our memories of you will stay in our hearts forever .love and miss you always .love Nanny.xx
